Grand Jazz Fest 2012 @ Rosa Parks Circle
GRandJazzFest presented by DTE Energy Foundation is a free one-day event on Saturday, Aug. 18, from noon until 10 p.m., featuring jazz artists with Michigan ties! Jazz guitarist Tim Bowman headlines GRandJazzFest. Additional acts include saxophonist Phil Denny, Grupo Ayé, Grand Rapids Jazz Orchestra, Walt Gutowski & The Bridge Street Band and The Steve Hilger Jazz Quintet. GRandJazzFest is being held at Rosa Parks Circle, a central location in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, where attendees can enjoy music, support local businesses and visit other Grand Rapids attractions. The music festival celebrates jazz’s incredible range and diversity. The event is free, open to the public and family friendly! http://www.grandjazzfest.org
